Our oven boasts remarkable heat retention thanks to its dual-layer thicker dome design, thicker cooking surface, and an added layer of brick tile over the cooking surface. This design efficiently utilizes heat, reducing wood consumption. Interestingly, the brick cooking surface can even reflect sunlight into the oven, further enhancing the heat. Quick Preheat and Cooking Times

To replicate the traditional brick oven experience and achieve authentic Italian pizza, our pizza oven features a thicker dome and cooking surface with brick tiles. This allows for a rapid preheating time of just 25 minutes and a cooking duration of only 90 seconds at temperatures up to 800℉. The result is a pizza with the crispiest crusts and maximum nutritional retention of fruits and vegetables, all while using minimal wood.
