Cancellation and Refund Guidelines: At Baths and Appliances, our aim is to lead the industry with our customer-friendly return policy. You are free to cancel your order at any point before it is dispatched, at no cost (please note, there are exceptions for custom-made orders as detailed below).

Pre-Shipment Order Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, we urge you to get in touch immediately to ensure a complete refund before your items leave our facility. Cancellation of Custom Orders

Orders for custom or bespoke products are not eligible for cancellation or refund, due to the nature of these items being specially crafted or procured based on your specific requirements.

Such products are initiated into production immediately upon order confirmation to meet your bespoke needs. However, rest assured, our warranty covers the operational integrity and functionality of your product. If it is uncertain whether your purchase falls into this category, do not hesitate to contact us for clarification.

All sales of custom-made and made-to-order items are final.

Refunds and Exchanges

Customers may opt for an exchange of their product, at no cost. 

Shipping Timelines

We are committed to delivering your order swiftly and efficiently. Estimated delivery times are provided on our product pages. Typically, orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, with a transit time of 5-7 business days.

Please note, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. We request your patience and understanding during such instances. Your business is highly valued, and we appreciate your cooperation.

 

Important Agreement

By purchasing from Baths and Appliances, you acknowledge and agree to our Exchange Agreement, which includes:

- The responsibility to inspect and document any delivery damage within 24 hours of receipt.
- Understanding that products that are not customized are eligable for return and exchange at no cost. 
- Acknowledgment that products must be returned in their original, unused condition.
- Acceptance that orders already in transit can be fully refunded.

Damage Policy

Upon delivery, please inspect your item(s) for any damage, recording any discrepancies during the delivery receipt. If damage is found, report it by emailing support@bathsandappliances.com with photographic evidence within 24 hours to facilitate an insurance claim on your behalf.

 

Warranty

Damage reported within 30 days of delivery can be considered for a claim; however, warranty claims typically cover damages from regular use over time.

 

Returns

Our products come with warranties ensuring a functional, operational product without additional costs to you. 

For up to 30 days post-shipment, we accept returns for refunds, including sales tax, provided items are unused.

 

BOGO Promotions

For BOGO promotions, both items must be returned to qualify for a full refund. If only one item is returned, you may receive a replacement or store credit equivalent to the solo purchase value. 

Chargebacks

Our team is dedicated to resolving any issues amicably. We strive for fairness in our policies and seek to avoid fraudulent chargebacks, which may result in legal consequences. For any concerns, please contact us directly to find a resolution.
