The inner ring is perfect for simmering sauces, and the outer ring is ideal for large skillets and pans. Both rings can be used together for boiling or frying. The cooking grid, made from heavy-duty stainless steel rods, includes a removable inner ring for wok cooking. Blaze LTE Power Burners come with a lifetime warranty covering defects in the burners, burner grate, body, lid, and control valves. The ignition, electronic, and lighting systems are covered for one year from the date of purchase. To activate the warranty, the product must be registered within thirty days.
